Vancouver Catholic Wedding Photographer | Downtown Vancouver Engagement Session | Hidden Lives Photography

I met Sarah and Luke at the Marine Building in downtown Vancouver at the end of February. They wanted something vintage incorporated into their date-style engagement photo session, and I was here for it! Our original plan was to explore the lobby of the beautiful Marine Building, grab a coffee nearby, and head over to Coal Harbour Seaside Park.

However, after discovering that the Marine Building lobby is closed on the weekends (what?), and that the whole building was covered in scaffolding (no!!), we pivoted to the nearby chic and trendy Ciclo Espresso Café and boy did it deliver (and was delicious!). We did a few shots at the doors of the Marine Building before venturing towards the seawall and park.

It was a gorgeous and sunny February day, and while it was a bit chilly, these two embraced everything the day brought and were game for the adventure. It was so lovely third wheeling with this beautiful couple, and I can’t wait to document their wedding in July. Here are some highlights.
